[Gtk-sharp-list] Loading a new UI on an event

I am a mono/glade newbie and have what I think is a pretty basic
question.

Using glade#, how can i load a different gui with an event?  Does it
require Destroying the window and creating a new one?

Basically, I have a "Launch" menu item with various views listed.  I
want it to load a new ui when someone selects a different view
anyone know?
