With gtk+ 2.6, it is the default on win32, and ships with gtk+.
However, those sshots were mostly taken on winxp. To get a decent native
look you would have to use winxp. The win2k/etc look that you get from
the wimp theme is good, but not nearly as good as what you get with the
wimp (now msw) theme + winxp.
