Duuh...
Quite obviously that's not what I meant.
I'm talking about a pure GTK# editor, one that does not use (need) glade.
Stetic is such an editor but still under development.
I was simply pointing out this is a very important part.

Try Glade.

http://glade.gnome.org/

Mono supports Glade with the glade-sharp package. Have a look in MonoDoc 
under GnomeLibraries/Glade.
