[Gtk-sharp-list] Missing documentation for Gtk.ComboBox?

Hi Matthew,

The reverse is true Gtk.Combo is deprecated as of Gtk# 2.4/2.6 and
Gtk.ComboBox is the newer best supported widget.

Unfortunately the documentation site isn't updated with the
documentation already present in SVN. I updated my machine from SVN
monodoc module, and regenerated the needed compacted files just a week
back in time and things are much improved now inside monodoc's
browser/monodevelop. I'm not sure if 1.1.8 packages include the
updated documentation.

I think it would be nice to push an updated documentation image to the site.
