[Gtk-sharp-list] Any experience with Framebuffer?

Hello,
does anyone have an experience in using GTK# with GTKFramebuffer to 
avoid having an X-Server. I wonder if I have to recompile GTK#-lib to 
work with the framebuffer instead of X-Window.
