[Gtk-sharp-list] Winforms vs. GTK+

It's depends on the size of your application, and how it is going to
be dristibuted.

If your app is just a few megs, or if it will mainly be distributed as
a normal download, it is hard to justify a big dependency. If your app
will be packaged in a cd-rom/dvd-rom GTK# is peanuts...
