[Gtk-sharp-list] Deprecated Toolbar API

Hi
I'm using mono-1.1.12.1 and gtk 2.4 and glade

Is this message

"Mixing deprecated and non-deprecated GtkToolbar API is not allowed"

due to an out of date libglade -- or ?

There is some web traffic regarding this but I'm not sure if there is a way
to get rid of it.

Also, I've noticed that on windows the glade ui shows 16x16 toolbar icons
but running a glade# app always renders large icons.  I have set the size to
16 in the designer.
I can't figure this out.
