[Gtk-sharp-list] Prerelease of libsndfile-cil

[Jorge García]

sndfile-cil only supports formats supported by libsndfile (see
http://www.mega-nerd.com/libsndfile). There is ogg suport in sndfile
experimental code, but I haven't tested it.
