[Gtk-sharp-list] GUI builder?

Hi all,
is there a GUI builder in the works?

I actually feel a little strange asking this because I
vaguely remember reading somewhere that a Gtk# GUI
builder is, in fact, being worked on... But I haven't
been able to spot one in CVS (of Mono & Gtk#) or the
MonoDevelop SVN - or any mention of such a project in
these projects' websites.

So... I'd appreciate any clue on this. Would such a
project belong in the Gtk# department or be a part of
MonoDevelop ?
