[Gtk-sharp-list] gtk# on microsoft's .net

I want to do just that: run a GTK# app I've compiled on Linux.

I tried installing the GTK# runtime from:

http://ftp.novell.com/pub/forge/gtks-inst4win/Win32%20Runtime%20Installer/v1.0.89.3/gtksharp-runtime-1.0.89-win32-0.5d.exe

...but it still wants the .NET SDK.

Why does the GTK# *runtime* want an SDK?

Ideally I want to be able to ship my app and the GTK# runtime
install set to someone who only has the .NET runtimes, and not force
them to also install a development environment, whether .NET or mono.

Is this possible?
