Gtk.Combo is a deprecated widget in the GTK+ 2.4.  Sadly, GTK# 1.0
wrapped GTK+ 2.2.

Gtk+ 2.4 introduce Gtk.ComboBox and Gtk.ComboBoxEntry, MVC powerfull
widgets.
