[Gtk-sharp-list] Gtk# 0.91 WindowsInstaller

hi list,
i am searching for a gtk# 0.91 windows installer to use mono beta 1 with 
gtk#.
some time ago i read that duncan mak wanted to create some installeres 
but actually this did not happen or i am not so clever to find them.
if anyone has build an installer for win32 or perhaps there is an 
win32-cvs-installer from the .91 version ,
please post it here so i can use it.
