[Gtk-sharp-list] RequestSize seems to be broken

Alright.

Currently the RequestSize api is pretty nasty, is there a Gdk.Size
struct? if not, can we write one and give it some of the same
functionality as the System.Drawing.Size.

As well, would it make sense to copy over pieces of the S.D.Rect api
that might provide additional functionality?
