[Gtk-sharp-list] ThreadNotify and windows

Hah, we just talked about this a couple days ago, and since then, and
some talking to miguel and to gonzalo, I believe we are going to gut
thread notify and replace its internal functionality with a GLib.Idle,
but leave the class ThreadNotify in for semantic reasons. ThreadNotify
is a more obvious name for functionality to wakeup the main thread than
GLib.Idle is.
