Maybe it goes without saying, but if you use the ebuilds marked unstable you get Mono 0.96 and Gtk# 0.98, which is
not very old - atleast fresh enough for me, and they seem to work fine. This might be a pretty unnecessary
reminder, since I'm not sure if portage has any ebuilds at all for gtk# that are marked stable, in which case
you're already using 'unstables'... But just in case =o)

Not concerning this question, but just a success story for a question I asked earlier about gstreamers c# bindings:
I pulled it from cvs (it has it's own package now (gst-sharp I think it is) and not contained in gtk-sharp, my
bad), it compiled nicely and is working fine.
