While there has never been a release as such, I have packages up at
http://freedesktop.org/~ow3n/ . I'll be updating the bindings a bit when
v0.8.3 of gst-plugins is released and then I'll do another "release" of
the gst-sharp package.

Really, this package should find a proper home though.
