[Gtk-sharp-list] New GTK# app

Yes my XBGM=23 works on windows without cygwin, i made some test, you just=
 need to install mono win32 combined setup runtime.
and launch the bat file, and it's works.

I have a question for my next release, i had image to the toolbar.
I would to had then in a resources file.
I could find a example of how to use it resource under monodevelop or shar=
pdevelop.

Has anyone done it yet?
