It's automatic. Make sure gnome-devel, gtk+-devel, gtkhtml-devel, etc.
etc. etc. are all installed and the configure program will detect them
and build the glue automatically.

Note: I couldn't figure out all of the devel packages needed. I
couldn't get gnomedb or rsvg to build. Perhaps that's because I'm on
RH7.3 and Ximian Desktop 2 and Red Carpet doesn't offer the needed
devel packages.
