ahh your right, i tested it just by checking a couple apps that use
gtkhtml (monodoc etc), and because it seemed to work I didn't check.

I've updated it to what I think should work and I'll try find some more
comprehensive tests, and post the patch for those who might want to use
it.

rightio. the problem is 3.0 then depends on gal-2.0, another step back,
etc, i just didnt want to go down that path.
