Hi Corku,

I just installed Mono 3.0 and now the example on page 238 in Chapter 15 is
working, so I have to revise my rating of the book to a 5.

Mono Kick Start, Sams Publishing.

I'm also a Linux newbie, so I would recommend the book.  I'm unable to
complete the examples in Chapter 15 because I can't get GTK to work with
MONO, so I'm not completely satisfied.  Also the chapter on PostgreSQL
requires a different namespace (Npgsql) to connect to the database.  On a
scale of 1 to 5, I'd give it a 4.
