Thanks. GnuWin32 (http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages.html) has
librsvg listed but interestingly enough the link to the binary does not work
and link to setup program is missing from packages page.
Anyways, I went out and bought Suse 9.2 Pro and got up and running (it is
very nice), and wrote a small test program to load my svg file and save it
to a png. The svg file is 1.7 megabytes.
Its been 10 minutes...still going......

To my knowledge, librsvg is not available on windows. There's no point
to building rsvg-sharp for windows without a port of librsvg. If
somebody ports the native lib, it would be a small matter to activate
the rsvg-sharp build on win32.
