[Gtk-sharp-list] Mac Install Help Please ...

I installed the Mac Mono pkg for 10.3.  I followed the instructions on 
installing GTK#, but when I try to run ./configure per the instructions 
I get the following error:

Perhaps you should add the directory containing `mono.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
No package 'mono' found
checking for csc.exe... no
configure: error: You need to install either mono or .Net


I'm really interested in getting C# and GTK# running on my Mac OSX 10.3 
system and start playing around with Mono.  Any ideas how to fix this 
so I can guild Gtk#?
