[Gtk-sharp-list] ImageMenuItem

Thanks a lot.
Here is a modification to use it with resources images.

item =3D new Gtk.ImageMenuItem (=22Edit=22);
pix =3D new Gdk.Pixbuf (null, =22edit.png=22);
new Gtk.Image (pix);
item.Image =3D new Gtk.Image (pix);
menu.Append (item);
