[Gtk-sharp-list] Glade-sharp in Windows 2000

Hi to everybody,
I've download "mono-1.0-gtksharp-1.0-win32-0.4", I want to...
develop with mono, gtk# and glade, so when I try to compil...
get the next error:

C:\Projects\project1>mcs hello.cs -pkg:gtk-sharp -r:glade-sharp
error CS0006: Cannot find assembly `glade-sharp'
Log:
Compilation failed: 1 error(s), 0 warnings

Any idea?!
