Not within Gtk# itself.  We've switched to the sexy new XPath engine. 
Is anybody still using the perl module in an external binding?  Since
there were several external users around when I made the switch, I left
it in the build/dist for compat.

So what say ya'll?  Can we consign it to the bit bucket?
