[Gtk-sharp-list] GUI hello world on Windows

First of all thanks for your reply but I still not
clear and have following questions

1. but then why the same version of mono and gtk# work
on Linux ? 
2. If this is the problem of Mono-0.26 on Windows,
which version to use and From where to get the
installation exe(as I do not want to compile the mono
source if the binaries are available untill source are
the only option).
