There's no need to update the req for any libs that didn't break api
compat (libart, libglade).
Obviously, we can't commit a patch that basically guts gst-api.xml
unless the api was really minimized that significantly. Either need to
figure out what crapped out there, or confirm that the api really shrank
that much (which I doubt).
It also looks like you may have some private metadata changes impacting
some other api.xml files which also shouldn't be committed.
As long as the gnome and rsvg namespaces build properly, you can commit
that piece of the patch.
