[Gtk-sharp-list] glade-sharp.dll

Ok, I suspect this may be a stupid question but I haven't found anything 
after 2 hours of searching..
I installed mono and gtk-sharp from the debian packages and got monodoc 
from cvs.  Compiling the gtk# monodoc viewer complains about not being 
able to find glade-sharp.dll.
Where would I get this dll?  I installed glade2 but that doesn't seem to 
include it.  Mono and gtk-sharp also don't seem to have it, at least not 
the debian packages..  Any ideas?
