Please do not fix Monodoc.  

I believe that the recent Gtk# API change is broken, it does not follow
the existing .NET pattern and should be reverted (also
Pixbuf.LoadResource is a terrible name: it does not convey the real
meaning of what it does: Pixbuf.LoadFromResource does).

Lets get that patch reverted
