[Gtk-sharp-list] type browser for gtk#

There are two tools you can use:

	type-reflector (from CVS)
	monotalk (from CVS)

Neither tool has been released in "standalone" form (something that we
should probably do).

That being said, I would love if you could help us filling in the blanks
of the Gtk# documentation.
