Well, maybe someone could ask for some support to some
company, let's say HP :-) Because they have support
for Linux handhelds too:

Is Mono:: too big? Let's make a small version, and
call it Chimpa:: 

Sure we should use the PC or Laptop for development,
and all we need is the rumtime and dll's for the
handheld, and native development could be done using
CF cards.
