[Gtk-sharp-list] Trying to get gst# working

I think it's taken a bit of a back seat so that the documentation and
API can be worked on for the other "more mainstream" assemblies like Gtk
and Gnome.

I've used GStreamer# a bit and look forward working on it in the future,
but I've been given the impression that work on docs and Gtk are much
more beneficial for the greater good at the moment. :)
