[Gtk-sharp-list] Monodoc bug

My build: Got .22 mono and with it build mono and mcs cvs, then build
gtk-sharo and monodoc

Prob: Well i make make tree;make b to view my changes in some docs, well
the problems is that monodoc crashes in some clases of Gtk namespaces
and when selecting any namespace title, all the other docs of other
namespcaces (pango, gnome) can be seen without problems. But in Gtk you
can see some classes and others it crashes (like all the Accel* docs)
