[Gtk-sharp-list] documentation.tree

Hello everyone... I was trying to run (make b) the browser from the
gtk-sharp module, but received the following exception:

Unhandled Exception: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not find
file "documentation.tree"

I have looked for the "documentation.tree" file in the mono module, as
well as the gtk-sharp, with no success.

I have satisfied all the dependencies required by the browser, gal,
gtkhtml, etc... I was able to run the browser from the monodoc module
with no problem. However, I cannot do the same to look at the gtk-sharp
documentation. Any suggestions?
