The makefile bundled with Gtk# 0.10 doesn't compile the glade 
assemblies, when run on Windows. Since I've heared _rumor_ about 
problems when trying to run Glade# on Windows, I also didn't try to 
build Glade# for now.

First problem I see for me: The Gtk+ Runtime and Development Environment 
2.2.1.2 doesn't ship glade libraries. So I'd have to build glade/win32 
manually before I could try to add Glade# to the NSIS script...
