So I'm not completely incorrect here. Mike is correct - to simply build
gtk-sharp, you don't need the perl modules. If you plan on contributing
to the development of the bindings, and tweak metadata and so on, then
yes, you will need the perl modules.

In tarball form, you can get them from CPAN.
