[Gtk-sharp-list] html example

Notice that anyone who managed to get Gtk# running has no excuse for not
having Monodoc installed, so I think this is a non-issue.

I do not believe there is documentation for it;  I had to read the
source code yesterday to figure out what various API calls did.  The
best thing would be to ask the developers about it.
