[Gtk-sharp-list] Sample programs, acumulated knowledge and documentation

I wanted to follow up to Mike's post on the HTML sample.

Every time you discover something interesting in the Gtk# API that took
you more than 10 seconds to figure out, it would be fanstastic if you
could contribute the documentation changes, and even a small sample, so
others can benefit from your experience.

I did that yesterday with the Bin-derivative sample, but I think we
have accumulated a lot of experience in the list that we could share to
make Gtk# the best documented toolkit for Linux.
