[Gtk-sharp-list] Gtk+ 2.2 support

I committed a rather large patch tonight to update the API to track
Gtk+-2.2.  Pango, Atk, Gdk, and Gtk namespaces hopefully now have all
the latest goodies.

Please update your cvs trees and verify that nothing has disappeared
that your apps are already using.  I've tried hard to audit the changes,
so hopefully nothing broke, but keep those bug reports coming.

We've got some docs updates pending, and once those are done I'd like to
get out a new release so that the masses can feel all the recent API
love.
