[Gtk-sharp-list] Problems with Gtk# 0.10 installer for Windows

The big problem isn't changing it manually, it's (I'm assuming) changing 
it automatically on installation.  The MSI installer provides methods (I 
don't know which ones off the top of my head) to make these changes.  
Anyone with VS.NET should be able to create an installer project and use 
it to set the enviroment stuff correctly.
