[Gtk-sharp-list] GnomeVFS and MIME info

Hello,

I think Miguel wrapped some of GnomeVFS.  But it was not
added to Gtk#.

(As things are now) GnomeVFS will have to wrapped by hand.
(This is because GnomeVFS is NOT a GObject based API.)

Getting a little off topic, but GnomeVFS really needs to be
totally re-written.  We also need a "buffering" and "streaming"
layer built on top of it too.

For now, you'll have to do your own PInvoke.
