[Gtk-sharp-list] Toolbar + icons

Hello all,
I'm trying to learn c# and gtk-sharp but I have two
small questions:

1. I cant get my custom toolbar with Stockbuttons to
have the text under the icon. The text is next to it.
I try to change the property Style of the toolbar, but
it doesnt work
If I write tbCustom.Style = Both; I get an error,
if I write tbCustom.SetStyle(Both); I get the object
does not contain a definition for this method.

2. On a second toolbar I want to insert some symbols.
Is there any convention for designing icons. Is the
back color transparent or is it of this usual grey
color?
