Cool, nice idea. It'll definitely be handy when we update to the 2.2
platform, or when you just want to nuke your node and start over.

I don't think we want to force everyone that tracks CVS to download
tarballs and rebuild the XML files.  There's a contingent of people who
don't want to hack on Gtk#, but want to stay on the bleeding edge.
