Charles,

You need to check for the presence of librsvg in configure.in and set
the rsvg makefile up to conditionally compile based on its presence. You
can check the gnome/glade/libgda makefiles for an example.

Can you please incorporate this into the patch, and resubmit.  Also,
please provide a single diff for all the changed files in the module,
not a diff per file, and a tarball of the new files. That'll make it
easier for me to merge it up into my tree. No need to provide the
*-api.xml file since I'll generate it.

Thanks for the work.  It looks good, just a few more tweaks.
