[Gtk-sharp-list] Developing with GtkSharp in MS Windows

Hello,

More or less, I have followed the instructions from
Gtk# site in http://www.go-mono.com:
- Mono 0.17 (and Mono 0.19) from Mono download site
- Gtk# 0.6 installer from:
http://www.sport-huettn.de/mono/gtk-sharp-0.6-stable-2.exe
- Gtk 2.0 from:
http://www.dropline.net/jade/download.php

So,what I am asking for is a complete development
evironment for C#/Gtk# using Mono in just one
installer.
