[Gtk-sharp-list] Win32

I've done a couple of small test apps using gtk# 0.12 and .NET seems to work
fairly well though I did find I had to copy the gtk# dll's into the same
directory as the .exe I created to avoid getting runtime errors.  I compiled
with the free Borland IDE and used Sharpdevelop also.
