[Gtk-sharp-list] LD_LIBRARY_PATH ?

Hi,

Is there some way to tell mono to look for *.dll files some place else ?
I tried LIBRARY_PATH and LD_LIBRARY_PATH without much luck.

Since my applet relies on libegg, I'd like to ship my own 
libegg/egg-sharp.dll library. But to make that work without conflicting 
with other packages I'd like to put it in /usr/share/proxy-applet/ and 
define it in LD_LIBRARY_PATH before running mono.
