[Gtk-sharp-list] Wrapping GObject based C Libraries tutorial

Hi everybody!

I just finished the content for a nice tutorial, which shows you, how to
wrap your favourite GObject based C library.

It is to be found in CVS, but will probably be accessible from:
http://www.go-mono.com/tutorial/html/en/wrapping/clibs.html at some
point.

Please take a look at it and find all the errors/bugs/spelling mistakes
I missed out on and send the bugs to me. Also if you see something
missing feel free to add it.
