I updated the gtk+ libs to 2.2, but not the GNOME libs yet.  Any new
libs added should definitely target the 2.2 api.  

Somebody started on libgnomeprint a while back, but never completed the
work.  There is already a dir and Makefile.in in cvs, but no api.xml
file and the dir isn't in the build yet.  I remember there were some
parsing problems, but can't recall exactly what, and no bugs appear to
have been opened.
