For Gtk#, printing is provided by gnome-print.  However, gnome-print
has NOT been wrapped yet.  (I.e., we do NOT have a GnomePrint# yet.)

Thus, for now, you may have to do some hack.  Like accessing the
gnome-print API directly, using a P/Invoke.
